What have you learned from previous team captains that you want to bring to the team?
“Previously, team captains have been great at organizing fun events with teammates and activities in practice. I hope we are able to emulate those practices. Even with only a bit of season left, I hope we get to fit in more bondings, and stay close post season,” Jumper said.
“The previous team captains have tried to make the team a welcoming community that extends beyond just participating in a sport. I love the way that they did their best to connect with allthe girls, including the underclassmen. I believe that Kate and I, and all the other girls, have been doing our best to continue that tradition,” Kortum said.
